Why We Sleep …
A few years back, someone asked me – ‘what is your breaking point’? I do not remember exactly the context of the question. I though remember my response, which was impromptu – ‘I need 6 hours of sleep’.
Over the years, I have developed a habit of being a morning person. My circadian rhythm has been adjusted to 5:00 AM wake up. I have been quite happy with my 6 hours sleep routine, till I get this book in my hand – ‘Why We Sleep’.
