Leaderion Academy for Next-Generation Leaders is a transformative program for:

2. Leading Others

A series of Group Coaching Sessions on key leadership topics such as: 

  • Time and Priority Management
  • Strategic Networking
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Conflict Management

Pragmatic frameworks and reflective exercises will supplement these sessions.

3. Personalized Coaching Sessions

  • Engage in four one-on-one coaching sessions with ICF Accredited Leading Coaches, available either face-to-face or virtually, to support and guide you through this transformative process.
  • Develop a concrete action plan to live intentionally, leading to a fulfilled life journey.
